@SamMonsonNFL Crazy thought but maybe even just attempt to do your job correctly and have even an ounce of accountability and then they’ll pay you like those guys

Why are they hiring lawyers, judges and aerospace engineers to be NFL officials? There are a LOT of capable people for whom $350k would be an AWESOME full-time salary. Why has the NFL targeted a small subset of people for whom that's not true?
Ross Tucker Podcast@RossTuckerPod

"From the referee's point of view, why would they be full time if the pay does not equal what they make now, between NFL a plus their full time job?" "These are lawyers. They're judges. They work in aerospace... They don't want to be full time unless unless the NFL pays them similar to the NBA refs and the Major League Baseball refs and the NHL refs, which they don't." @AndrewBrandt breaks down the negotiations between the NFL & Referees, on the latest episode of the Business of Sports:

@SteveGraser @nypost Please learn to read. Women are 43% more likely to watch hentai than regular porn. Only 30 something percent of the total audience of hentai is women. And even that is a smaller percent of the actual world population

@NOLIMITHAWK @BenjaminSolak Sure is - because against GOOD teams he is quite BAD - and the Pats will see a whole lot more GOOD teams next year

@tkyles39 Why would they put another inexperienced guy next to Campbell again? Get one of the many good vets on the free agent market

Garrett Bradbury gets another chance to start on a rising team after serving as a leader for NE’s OL, and Jared Wilson has a clear path to the starting center job Ben Brown likely slots in as the starting LG and should have competition in camp, likely in the form of a draft pick
Ian Rapoport@RapSheet

Sources: The #Patriots are trading center Garrett Bradbury to the #Bears, giving them new center. The deal can't officially be processed until the league year begins.

Let’s settle a PU debate: what does it mean to get ratio’d on here? Option 1 - More replies tweets than likes/retweets on the original post Option 2 - A reply that gets more likes than the original post

@DrDisrespect Wish video games were made and developed by actual gamers who cared for the product they work on. So many games and companies are just falling flat

The Patriots need to get younger at tight end. Free agency is a good place to start. I could see them signing a veteran and then drafting someone in April. Here's a look at five options in free agency: masslive.com/patriots/2026/…

@JakeAsman He has about the shortest arms in combine history. Ask the patriots how that worked out. This dream at 2 is fully dead.

@Smashmouthscout @BigDuke50 I feel like I’m arguing with ChatGPT here. The topic is why he was struggling in the game, not why he was criticized coming into the league. Seeing straight is easy if you know where you need to look.

So you are telling me, Will Campbell, with 32 5/8 inch arms, would be so much better with 33 inch arms? 34 inch arms? Or maybe, just maybe, it is that he’s late with his hands and is setting too vertical 🤷🏾‍♂️
Ryan Lampman@RyanPL93

@BigDuke50 No, the issue is his length. THAT is the real issue & it always has been.

@adrianjones1975 @BigDuke50 It’s exactly what duke said. If you’re late with your hands you aren’t generating enough power in the punch to stop the rusher’s momentum, so they can just run through you

@BigDuke50 What about his basic strength? First season in the NFL and playing bigger D linemen than he saw in college? Would that be a factor? It seemed he kept getting pushed back - is that strength or losing balance because of poor technique? And can both be fixed with the right coaching?

@NFLFrascella I saw them mark spots 1+ yard off probably a half dozen times. Literally don’t think I’ve ever seen that happen more than once or twice in a game

@mightykaos41 Everyone knows he needs to grow. Just sucks that the 23 yo has to carry this corpse of an offense. YOU also have to admit that making the Super Bowl against the hardest defensive schedule in postseason history is impressive
