Quantum Leap premiered 37 years ago today. Scott Bakula debuted as Dr. Sam Beckett, jumping through time and inhabiting different lives, guided by Al (Dean Stockwell), to fix history’s mistakes, one leap at a time. It's one of the best sci-fi premises of all time. "Oh, boy."

I gotta tell you this story. I was standing at the booth talking to @Aaron_Sparrow. All of the sudden, @Nerdrotics BURST in front of me and grabs @colhauser joyfully. I was literally trapped between them and a table. 😂 I just stood there waiting patiently, and honestly in awe of how happy they both were. When there was a free moment, I TRIED to stick my hand out to offer my introduction, before I could breathe, this man grabbed me by my shoulders and pulled me in for the warmest hug. He already knew who I was and was so joyful about meeting me. I went up to him after and told him that it startled me that wasn’t expecting it. Which has turned into me joking that I me too’d him. When I first started doing YouTube I really REALLY tried being “centrist”. I had an idea of who I thought this man was. I learned over the last few years how wrong I was. Especially after getting a chance to meet with him. This man is so JOYFUL, and warm. He takes time with every person who wants to see him. Thanks for the warm hugs, Gary. Also, you scuffed my damn shows GAH! 😂
