We have warned MANY times that this account (@shibtoken) has absolutely no connection whatsoever with $SHIB, nor does it represent the SHIB ARMY. They simply use the SHIB brand and the term "Team Shib" and have self-proclaimed themselves as the SHIB account with the sole objective of damaging the SHIB brand and making personal profit from many years of work and dedication by the SHIB Army. The problems here are numerous: exposing the community to thousands of scams and pump-and-dump schemes, making commercial agreements with companies and many scam deals with no credibility whatsoever that have exposed and continue to expose thousands of SHIB holders to questionable and risky services whose only objective is to rob, exploit, or otherwise harm the SHIB Army. In addition, they use the SHIB IP without any permission or authorization from our team or from its rightful owner, @ParadoxDesigner, to sign agreements in the name of the SHIB brand and as representatives of the SHIB community. All of this money has only one objective: the personal enrichment of the administrators of that account and its owner, LC. It is good that the world and relevant channels are finally beginning to realize this and see that our reports and the actions we are taking against this account are not simply to attract attention, as they usually claim. We genuinely care about the SHIB Army. We created the SHIB logo, we have been with SHIB since day one, and we dedicated ourselves to it for many years. It is painful to see it being drained today by these people. Our work, just like Ryoshi's, has always been to preserve the direction and the brand, and that is exactly what we will continue to do. Everyone needs to know that the SHIB Army is an incredible community of honest people, dreamers, and visionaries, not scammers, nor represented by these people, unfortunately. They should simply use their own personal account, @shibtoken, stop using our IP, stop calling themselves "Team Shib," and stop promoting services or endorsing anything in the name of the SHIB community.

Anyone may create applications, tools, services, businesses, and innovations that utilize SHIB without requiring permission from any central authority. However, the SHIB brand, visual identity, trademarks, and official representations of the ecosystem are separate matters. These assets may be legally protected for the benefit of the community and its legitimate creators. Intellectual property does not control the token itself, but it can protect the SHIB identity from misuse, misrepresentation, and exploitation. The protection of the SHIB brand and intellectual property was not created for private ownership or centralized control. It was developed through the collaborative efforts of members of the Paradox Designer, SHIB and Oscar communities working together to help safeguard the identity, reputation, and long-term interests of the ecosystem and its supporters. Those entrusted with stewarding these intellectual property rights do so with the responsibility of protecting the community from bad actors, false representation, and unauthorized commercial exploitation of the SHIB identity.
