@OctopusEnergy why is it so difficult to join Octopus. Gone through the web portal only to get an MPAN and MPRN error, then told to call them. When I call them, they can't help. Frustrating

@McDonaldsUK Yet again another mess up on my order by McD. This time the App allows me to place and order and add multiple discounts. Arrived to collect the order, I'm told that I need to pay more to offset the extra discount codes. Order got cancelled and I got charged twice.

@BritishGasHelp Your call centre puts policy ahead of customers. Including vulnerable pensioners, leaving them without gas or electric.

@BritishGasHelp my mum moved into a house last week and requested British gas to change her meter from prepay to monthly. Change was meant to have happened on 11th but failed. Now we are told we have to wait 28 days so the IT system can update. What a joke!!!

@wizzair Told to arrive 3 hours before flight and have been waiting over 50 minutes for check in to open at Athens airport. Pathetic. No staff available to inform passengers what is going on.

@airindiain problems checking in on AI172 on 14th November. Tried using the help screen and it keeps asking to reduce the sentence size. Useless portal.
