JUST IN: The woman who was shot in her car with a baby in the backseat by three men in Chicago has sadly succumbed to her injuries. Footage shows three "animals" sprinting towards and firing on her car after it had crashed into a GMC van. The woman was identified as 26-year-old Gabryel Ayres. Her baby was in the backseat and survived with no injuries. The man, who was also in the car, is in stable condition after being shot in the backside and arm. "You know, there's a baby in the car. These animals have no value on life. This is nothing to them," Ayres' godfather, Pastor Kirk Bell, said. "They need to clean this city up. They need to. There's gangs, and there's shooting and the killing. It's just unbelievable." "She was a devoted mother. Her world revolved around her child, and her love as a parent was fierce, protective, and unconditional," her obituary read.
