@myobstetrician @Telegraph Not all transgender identify as she/her, we do need to be far more inclusive with our language in healthcare

@Telegraph The trans women I have met identify themselves as women she/her. It really shouldn’t become too complicated so we lose language and offend a majority. Mothers are mothers irrespective of sexuality/ birth sex.

Some Consultants will strike tomorrow and Friday in the @NHSEngland. I will not. I am coming in to work a normal weekday shift both days. I have been a consultant for 9 years. I do no private work and can live on my pay which is over 3 times the average UK salary.
