I was diagnosed with LUPUS in my late 20s (also Hashimotos, IBS by other doctors).
I would have been put on powerful immunosuppressant drugs for the rest of my life had I gone through with treatment.
The cause wasn't random- synthetic hormones in birth control caused my body to literally become allergic to my own endogenous hormones.
The connection between birth control and autoimmunity, including the subset of symptoms termed LUPUS, is shocking yet hormonal birth control is prescribed like candy for almost everything from acne to cramps to headaches to young teen girls. Yet it's one of the most impactful things on women's overall health especially when taken long term- which is exactly what happens when doctors first prescribe it at age 14 (or even younger.)

UPDATE: I am still holding my original $SPY short position from 10/29. It is currently trading at a fractional profit from my entry. I've recently added some longs which has diluted the net short exposure and now, by the default, it's a hedge with near zero risk. Yes, I had a really nice short term profit +6R. But I went into the trade in case we melted down; low risk high reward. If stocks can setup and breakouts start working, I will gladly take a breakeven stop on my short to be net long individual stocks. That's it. I entered perfect. In hindsight, I didn't cover perfect but I perfectly traded my plan. And I still have not been stopped.

INSIDE NYT’S HOAX FACTORY
Five months ago, five New York Times reporters were dispatched to create a story about my supposed conflicts of interest working as the White House AI & Crypto Czar.
Through a series of “fact checks” they revealed their accusations, which we debunked in detail. (Not surprisingly the published article included only bits and pieces of our responses.)
Their accusations ranged from a fabricated dinner with a leading tech CEO, to nonexistent promises of access to the President, to baseless claims of influencing defense contracts.
Every time we would prove an accusation false, NYT pivoted to the next allegation. This is why the story has dragged on for five months.
Today they evidently just threw up their hands and published this nothing burger. Anyone who reads the story carefully can see that they strung together a bunch of anecdotes that don’t support the headline. And of course, that was the whole point.
At no point in their constant goalpost-shifting was NYT willing to update the premise of their story to accept that I have no conflicts of interest to uncover.
As it became clear that NYT wasn’t interested in writing a fair story, I hired the law firm Clare Locke, which specializes in defamation law. I’m attaching Clare Locke’s letter to NYT so readers have full context on our interactions with NYT’s reporters over the past several months.
Once you read the letter, it becomes very clear how NYT willfully mischaracterized or ignored the facts to support their bogus narrative.

Rep. Mike Johnson says the federal government used Twitter to censor American's speech: "Twitter was basically an FBI subsidiary before @elonmusk took it over...
