Mitral flutter treated primarily w PFA. The flutter broke to sinus during third set of pfa applications on lateral isthmus with block as demonstrated. Will pfa be the go to for mitral lines in future or will rf remain the go to? #epeeps

@SergioPinski ECG conference with Dr Childers at U of C was inspiring.

Looking at the authors, I see Rory Childers in one. ~25 years ago, Dr. Childers ejected Elena and me from one of the ECG societies (and did not allow to speak at their meetings again) because we said that we did not support animal research. Early example of cancellation.

Cleaning the office, I found a big folder with classical articles I inherited from one of my mentors, Jim Maloney. Time to pass the torch.
