@NFSox05 @mtaibbi I think it badly loses on the trade-off argument as well. We don't currently have a better solution for getting around en masse than highways, so you're looking at the total removal of mass transportation vs the highly questionable benefits you get from adjusting the clocks

Studies show that many Americans will die, literally, as a result of going to permanent daylight savings time. It should be permanent standard time. Leave it to Congress to take a half-bad situation and make it fully bad.

@fredrerickspen1 @mtaibbi I mean it's just a fact, there's a certain % of people who are in more frail health and close to having a stroke or etc and the time change is the straw that breaks the camel's back. There's a spike in strokes twice a year following the time change
