Gotta respect max the entire @BagsApp team so in case you weren’t aware, $GSD founder rugged and ran away from his project and community like a coward. And since then, it’s been a whole lot of noise and hostility towards the bags eco and team, which in itself is unfounded but understandable. So what did Bags team do? They quietly facilitated support to cto GSD and save it so it continues being the good product it was, under the hands of good people. They ignored the noise, and worked hard to counter the negativity instead. It’s nice to see @finnbags @Sambags12 @StuuBags coordinate with Jeremy and co to salvage this. This is why Bags deserve support. They’re willing to show up and do what matters. Good luck to the new GSD team and cheers to them on their journey. Up only mode from here 👾
We’ve officially completed a successful CTO on $GSD. What looked uncertain a few days ago has turned into a fresh opportunity. The project is still alive, the holders are still here, and now we have the chance to rebuild this with transparency, consistency, and a stronger foundation moving forward. Appreciate @FINN and @BagsApp for helping support the transition and giving $GSD a path forward. This is where the real work starts. One step at a time, we rebuild trust, deliver value, and show people what $GSD is truly capable of becoming.
The crypto space is toxic dude. We can't have nice things because we think if we give people money we own them. I 100% don't agree with what GSD did and think it is a disgrace, but I have been in this space long enough to know that most of the extractors remain with us. People forget what happened last cycle and all of the terrible things still happening. Crypto is filled with grifters, scammers, and criminals. People caught red-handed rugging their communities are quickly forgiven. Influencers connected with massive scams are now hosting popular podcasts and held up as serious leaders in crypto. Anyone who has operated in the business world outside of crypto knows how insane this is. Blatant criminality forgiven for the false hope of WAGMI - that is why we can't have nice things. GSD is a symptom. The disease remains.
