@stanny11223 Don't be stupid. This is where the guy from this video comes from in Rwanda 🇷🇼. The name of his village is Bigogwe Village. You have the internet but cannot search and make findings, just to disgrace yourself. Fool.

@ChroniclesRW Death squads often targeted Tutsis who’re seeking refuge in catholic churches eg: Ntarama, Nyarubuye, Nyange, Rukara, Kiziguro, etc… where militias, local leaders, government forces, priests and nuns deliberately involved in killings, Reflecting vulnerability of Churches.

@ChroniclesRW This priest must know the complicity of churches in the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. Churches became sites of massacres. Some priests and laity actively participated in genocide, while others failed to oppose or prevent it despite having knowledge & authority to intervene.

VIDEO - Did God stop the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi? National Unity Minister Dr Jean Damascène Bizimana said last week it is the RPF/A that fought to halt the mass massacres. For Catholic Church, God anointed the RPF to intervene to end the genocide and save remaining Tutsis

@Aldysheky Those with shallow brains aren’t still understanding what you taught them. In a circumstance where people fail to man up their own mess their backyard, and start to shift blames on others, it tells you how careless they are & how far they are to materialize home grown solutions.

RWANDA Britain's richest man, Sir Jim Ratcliffe ($18.4B net worth), Manchester United shareholder (27.7% stake) & INEOS founder, visited Rwanda from April 7-11, 2026 — during the 32nd Genocide commemoration mourning period. He toured Akagera National Park and Volcanoes National Park (mountain gorillas 🦍). Reports say he expressed respect for Rwanda’s resilience and was impressed by its development. #VisitRwanda #FactsOnRwanda

RWANDA RWANDA’S SILENT MILITARY REVOLUTION Rwanda’s military transformation remains one of the most underestimated in modern Africa. From the collapse of 1994, the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) has evolved into a disciplined, combat-tested, and increasingly sophisticated force operating far beyond its borders. Officially, the RDF appears modest—around 33,000 troops, limited air assets, and a relatively small defence budget. But this surface picture hides a deeper reality. Rwanda has deliberately built a low-visibility, high-capability force, where what is publicly known may only represent part of its true operational capacity. Structurally, the RDF is optimised for rapid deployment and expeditionary warfare. Its engagements in Mozambique, the Central African Republic, and South Sudan have turned it into one of the most battle-experienced forces per capita. Beyond multilateral missions, Rwanda has sustained long-term bilateral combat deployments, most notably in Mozambique’s Cabo Delgado, where its forces have operated continuously for years under direct state-to-state agreements—an uncommon model in Africa. Rwanda is also a global outlier in peacekeeping. It ranks among the top contributors to UN missions worldwide and is widely considered the largest contributor per capita, a reflection of both policy choice and operational capacity. This consistent deployment cycle has created a force with real battlefield exposure rather than theoretical readiness. Financially constrained but strategically agile, Rwanda has leveraged UN reimbursements and targeted procurement to modernise efficiently. At the same time, Kigali has classified key capabilities—drones, communications systems, and defence industries—making independent verification of its full arsenal increasingly difficult. This opacity fuels analysis that Rwanda’s real capabilities extend beyond its declared inventory. While unconfirmed, some observers point to strategic defence relationships with Turkey and Israel as enabling access to advanced systems—including potential pathways toward modern fighter jet capability through training, integration, or future acquisition frameworks. Increasingly, access can matter as much as ownership. The most concrete shift is Rwanda’s deepening partnership with Turkey. A 2025 agreement moved cooperation beyond procurement into joint defence manufacturing, including drones, small arms, and system integration. This includes technology transfer and local industrial development, positioning Rwanda as an emerging defence production hub in East Africa. Complementing this is the Rwanda Defence University, designed to produce officers skilled in modern warfare domains such as cyber operations, AI, and advanced command systems—ensuring the force evolves intellectually as well as technologically. Ultimately, Rwanda’s strength lies in what is visible—and what is not. It is not building the largest military, but one of the most experienced, adaptive, and strategically layered. In today’s security environment, Rwanda demonstrates that influence comes not from size alone, but from precision, persistence, and global operational reach. #FactsOnRwanda

Exciting news in China-Rwanda space cooperation 🚀🌍 Three years ago, Rwandan students wrote AI programs that ran on a real satellite — a first for Rwanda, with Chinese company STAR.VISION. Now, two new interns are at STAR.VISION in China, working on the next step: using space AI for real-world services. From classroom to orbit, young Rwandans are building the future with AI. #AICooperation#ChinaAfricaPeopleToPeopleExchanges

Aucune faiblesse. La mémoire ne pliera pas. #Rouen #Justice #Mémoire #StopHaine #NeverAgain
