Most people think they have opinions. What they actually have is whatever the last credible sounding source told them shaped into a feeling they now call their own view. The source of your information is not neutral. Every platform, every creator, every news outlet has an angle. The question is not what do you think. It is where did that thought come from and does that source have a reason to want you to think it. Your opinion is only truly yours after you have stress tested it against something that disagrees with it. This applies to everything. Especially your financial beliefs.

But maybe the better question is this: How much of our lifespan is shaped by the way we live? Every habit either builds the body or slowly breaks it. Every choice compounds over time. Don't just count your years. Make your years count.
