@remarkablepaper I am getting increasingly frustrated with trying to get through to customer service. I've sent an email to someone dealing with an ongoing case and reply states its an unmonitored account and I wont get a reply!

@DVLAgovuk I received a message a few days ago, which seems to have been deleted. Ink provided says page not found. I do not own a car, I hire cars when needed. Require my licence for an upcoming essential journey. Pls update

@DVLAgovuk I do not own a car, I use hire cars or zip cars. It should not be assumed that an individual owns a car, there are many of us who choose not to. I have an important journey coming up and do not have a licence to present to a car hire company.

@DVLAgovuk It has been 10 weeks since I posted my application. I have clicked the link you provided, it says page not found. I have tried web chat, there are no assistants available. The phone line is not taking calls. have emailed as I am a critical worker, I haven't received a reply.

@British_Airways I was on the phone for over 30 mins waiting to be put through to a manager and the call was cut off.

@British_Airways complaints service useless.Told to send email to customer relations, 1st reply said more investigation will be done, 2nd email sent, replier didnt read case.Customer service refusing to help and not being able to speak to customer rels, cut off while on hold.

@British_Airways Hi keV. I sent a reply via that link and the email I received back clearly shows that the person had not read the case and told me nothing can be done.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Shockingly bad service from #vodafonebusiness. Switch intended for Friday, faulty router sent. No order placed for replacement. Yesterday, no mobile data either. How is this business service? Promised a supervisor call this morning, no call received.

@clarionhousing @Savills Staggeringly inept response with regards to the refund of a reservation fee placed on a #sharedownership property. Have been waiting for a refund since 4 Aug. Savills informed the refund has been made, Clarion have no record of receiving a payment from me

@premierinn turn up to LGW North, discover I booked for last night instead of this evening, obvs error. Manager cannot authorise a replacemt room, voucher or refund, have to contact HO, which closes at 6pm! What is the point of having a manager?
