I spent time inside a “trans help” group posing as a minor who needed to hide everything from my parents. The adults in the group did not pause. They did not redirect me to a doctor. They did not suggest telling a parent. They gave me sourcing instructions, supplier links, and workflows for obtaining DIY hormones discreetly. Adults, coaching a child on how to medically transition behind their parents’ backs. I will be exposing this network in the coming days.

Anyone else remember when Ludwig tried to prove that anyone can be a streamer by creating a new channel and not putting his name on it? Only it wouldn't grow, so he decided to drop that he was doing this on a stream? But not enough people cared, so he had to tell people he was doing this TWO more times before someone found the channel, and they all began to pass it around as Ludwig's other channel? Then Ludwig took that as a sign that it was his own skill or whatever, and not name recognition with 3x hinting at his audience to find the channel? Because I remember. I hate streamers more than you probably think. I actually wish for their entire lives to just crash and burn.

When a boy reaches the age of maybe around ten, he quickly begins to realize that most of the people around him have no sympathy for him, and any love he gets from anyone other than his mother will be conditional, and that's if he's lucky. Around puberty, he begins to understand that others will always assume the worst about him, and he has to go out of his way to not draw negative attention to himself. When he reaches adulthood, he becomes aware that he's on his own, and he will be blamed for anything bad that happens to him, even when he's plainly the victim of some injustice. If his relationships fail, it's his fault. If he becomes homeless, it's his fault. If he is abused, it's his fault. A man learns that he is, at best, disposable, and at worst, a monster. The mere act of wanting to be loved without "earning" it by being attractive and successful makes him evil. And all the while, he will constantly be told that he's privileged and accused of feeling entitled. Can you blame a guy for wanting reassurance that the woman who claims to love him doesn't secretly find him repulsive?

Here’s the thing about The Odyssey: it’s my favorite Christopher Nolan film in quite some time and I genuinely think it deserves most of the praise it’s getting. That said, it’s far from a perfect film. It’s a flawed one with several issues that are impossible to ignore including the pacing, some wasted casting, and story arcs. What’s fascinating, though, is that the highs are so unbelievably high that they more than compensate for many of its weaker elements. I’m planning to post my full review at some point tomorrow. It will be a lengthy one with plenty of criticism because there’s a lot to unpack. Even so, I still think it’s a damn good movie and, without a shadow of a doubt, Nolan’s best film in over a decade. For me, it’s significantly better than both Oppenheimer and Tenet. This will be a massive awards player with nominations expected in almost every below the line category plus Best Picture, Director and a handful of acting nominations. #TheOdyssey
