Pasteurized milk is a processed food I used to think raw milk was simply about being more nutritious, which is certainly true I have come to realize that the enzymes are even more important Lactase, lactoferrin, amylase, catalase, ect… all destroyed by pasteurization These enzymes are essential in metabolizing the milk and important for overall health Here are some of the enzymes in milk and there properties: - Catalase: Acts as an antioxidant, breaking down hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen to prevent oxidative stress within the milk - Amylase: Assists in the breakdown of starch into sugars - Lactoferrin: immune system boosting, designed to protect the nursing young from infection, protects you from getting sick from any contaminants in the milk - Lactoperoxidase: one of the most abundant enzymes, anti-microbial, inhibits the growth of a wide range of bacteria, including Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus - Lipase: essential for lipid metabolism, responsible for the hydrolysis of milk fats into free fatty acids and glycerol These enzymes prove that milk should be raw, the way God intended Lactase is the same enzyme they give lactose intolerant people, found in REAL milk Other enzymes literally prevent any kind of pestilence the milk could have Milk is perfect the way it is

Activist: "The water usage for beef is obscene. Thousands of litres per kilogram." Farmer: "That's rainfall." Activist: "What?" Farmer: "The figure includes all the rain that falls on the pasture. The cows drink from the stream. The rain falls whether there's a cow here or not." Activist: "It's still water consumption." Farmer: "Should I stop the rain falling on my field?" Activist: "Grow crops instead. More efficient." Farmer: "This is a 35-degree slope in the Welsh hills. Show me the crop." Activist: "Technology..." Farmer: "To make tractors climb mountains?" Activist: "There must be a solution." Farmer: "There is. It's called a cow." Activist: [checks phone]

@ppglane @crowley_gavin @SamaHoole LOL you think those places are enough to cover the meat we eat? Tons of meat is imported. Though I must admit switzerland has some good measures in place but it's also made for that. Still can't cover our own meat consumption.

@carsonchristen @theryandreyer will slow running (9min mile, not THAT slow btw but def easy) eventually make 8min/mile easy? (without intervals) just below 8min mile is my HM pace in practice (I do one every 2nd sunday) but my goal is 1:25

@theryandreyer I think they believe I'm slow doing 8:30-9min/mile, and then I bust out a 1:22 half-marathon #notalent when those that run 8min/mile "EASY" runs w/ 150+bpm can't break 1:25-1:30!

What you think people say when they see your 8:30/mile pace on Strava: "Wow, that guy is so fast" What they actually say: "That guy has been running 8:30s for 3 years and blows up at all his races"

BREAKING - An Africa-based research team aiming to disprove Western claims about low IQ in African countries is going viral after conducting mass IQ tests in Lagos, Nigeria, only for over 50% of participants to score below 70, with a median score of 69.7.

This would be expected if that population lived in area with a poor education system and low income. People who can only afford nutrient deficient processed foods, poor parental involvement and attending schools with shoe string budgets will predictably have lower IQ scores as well as lower test scores in general.

I spent years chasing strength. Every week the only thing I cared about was adding weight to the bar. 315x10 squat 455x8 deadlift 225x1 bench 135x4 OHP Nothing elite. But respectable. And I wasn’t done. I knew I had more in me. Then Covid shut the gyms down and I had nothing. So I went outside and ran. That was 6 years ago. Now I’m lighter, faster, and healthier than I’ve ever been. And I tell myself almost every day how thankful I am that I never got to that next level in the gym. Because if I had put on another 20 or 30 pounds chasing size, I don’t know if I ever make this transition. Running found me at exactly the right time. But I’d be lying if I said the barbell doesn’t still call me sometimes.

It's funny. My whole life I've wanted to be bigger. In junior high and high school all I wanted was to be bigger and taller. Then in my 20s, all I wanted was to be bigger and stronger and more muscular. Now, for the first time ever, I want to be smaller.

Stay in your lane. Okay once again in very slow because you seem to not comprehend whats going on. You drink milk, lets say raw milk, it goes from your mouth to your esophagus, down to your stomach where it gets denatured and down by 1.6pH acid and pepsin. Then it enters the small intestine where all the protein scissors like catalase, amylase or trypsin are, and these break down the protein to small non-functional peptides, that's like deconstructing a building to nothing but mere walls and lose bricks. It's nothing but nutrition at this point for our own proteins and hormones. In other words, (most) your milk enzymes are nothing but dietary protein. More nuanced: Yes immunoglobin and lactoferrin might survive (they also partly survive pasteurization btw), their absorption in adults is low though and the benefits are negligible, especially compared to the risk of salmonella or other bacteria.

Nobody in 2026 crypto wants to buy vaporware tokens hoping to dump it on someone more stupid than them. The market has matured. Investors now want real businesses with real revenue. Dogecoin or a token backed by $2M/day in revenue and full buybacks? All roads lead to $HYPE.

@VERYKOOLLUKEY @adityasinghnx and you're pussyfag hiding behind a washed up profile pic I usually don't vibe with indians but you're just retarded. None of those enzymes will "work" when ingested. It's just energy and building blocks.
