@Novartis worst pharmaceutical company ever , impossible to get stock , having to fax scripts for epileptic medication beyond belief , how can they believe anyone would want this medication for anything other than genuine use @PSNCNews please investigate their practice

@BritishGas your total incompetence and compassion over dealing with a deceased persons account is beyond belief . No I do not want to do a webchat or speak to someone outside the UK . I want to speak to someone in this country who actually understands what I want .

@sainsburys have you IT issues again ? Expecting delivery and no email confirming delivery or receipt as usual . Tried calling customer service and local store and calls are being cut off . Please be considerate to customers and put out news message if systems failed again

@DunelmUK do not recommend your furniture recycling company cleerabee whatsoever . Arranged specific time slot and took day off work only to have them say they couldn’t make it and would have to reschedule to a day which is not suitable and now struggling to get refund

They have failed collections charge of £49.99 where is customer comeback if they fail to turn up for collection?

@skytv why am I constantly losing connection on sky q mini box? literally having to reboot every day .No issues with any other device connected to internet , seriously need refund for something we cannot use.

Medicines management pharmacists should be held liable when their precious branded generics go out OOS and lead to patients being without medication. Chemydur is now OOS. MM pharmacist asks me what’s available- prescribe generically I say. Can’t do that they say- patient suffers.

@ComPharmEngland why are we struggling to get Atorvastatin (esp 20mg) and if we do it’s way over concession yet Phoenix are supplying masses of all strengths to dispensing Dr practices at far better rates ? @NHSEngland @NumarkNet @PharMag_Richard

@minna_eii Get the government to fund us properly we cannot survive on dispensing drugs at permanent loss and yet dispensing doctor practices getting preferential supplies and prices .

@Chamoissiere Have given information to GP teams regarding long term out of stocks , their staff have e mailed all prescribers with info but yet they still go ahead and continue prescribing it ! On the 10th script for eumovate in one day it does get tedious

Dear Community Pharmacy colleagues. Whilst I fully accept it is up to the GP to prescribe an alternative when our reception staff ask you to suggest something it would help if you told us what was in stock as it would prevent the same thing happening again.

Today I had a gentleman ask to speak to the pharmacist and I told him I would be with him in about five minutes and to take a seat. He sat down and after around 5 minutes got up in a huff and walked out. I can't be everywhere at once, but it doesn't stop me feeling bad/guilty 👎🏻

Doing med school interview practice with someone just reminded me: At my med school interview for Nottingham I was asked whether I thought people from the North were more ‘provincial’, and the only reason I knew what the word meant was thanks to the Beauty & the Beast movie

Yesterday classic example Phoenix showing Tamsulosin in stock order and comes back OOS. Ring and find I’m restricted to 13 packs a month ! Get through that in a day ! @ChemistDruggist @PSNCNews

Anyone else fed up of GP surgeries “prescribing “ teams insisting stock is available from wholesalers because the web says it is ? They have no idea of quota caps and costs also as dispensing practice they don’t seem to have same restrictions imposed @ChemistDruggist @PSNCNews
