@novartis, why is it that you are not allowing seronegative #sjogrens patients in your THALASSA trial while you included them in the NEPTUNUS trial? Seronegative patients are more likely to have high symptomatic burden and are consistently overlooked. Why leave us out?

@welmelo @teamnovonordisk O mesmo aconteceu comigo com a @Novartis e a caneta Cosentyx. Ao tirar a aplicação após a agulha não retrair, ela cuspiu medicamento. A resposta foi "nenhuma irregularidade ou desvio que pudesse estar relacionado à esta reclamação foi encontrado."

Minha sogra comprou uma caneta de verificação e controle do diabetes da @teamnovonordisk. A caneta apresentou sérios problemas durante as utilizações, isso em menos de 2 meses de uso. Então entramos em contato com a fabricante, que pediu a caneta para testes; caneta caríssima, diga-se de passagem. Retiraram a caneta e enviaram para a Dinamarca e agora devolveram um laudo unilateral dizendo que estava em perfeitas condições de uso e aplicação. E sabe o que é mais interessante, @mjspgov, @govbr ? eles não devolvem a caneta e nem o valor gasto, acredita?
