I don't believe that at the time of purchase, you didn't know the current status of FSD in your country. You knew, decided to buy it, and then used it illegally, exposing Tesla to image damage in the event of an accident, not to mention the more serious potential consequences. Now you complain almost daily that they banned you and won't talk to you. It's best to do as you wrote in a previous post: sell the Tesla and buy something else. You'll be doing Tesla and yourself a favor. 😉

Okay, Tesla, you can refund me my €13,000. I bought a feature that is blocked, with an uncertain date of function… When the ban is cleared, then I will subscribe to the €99 a month.

Last night I had to rush my 3.5-year-old son to the hospital… It was very late, I was exhausted, and I desperately wished I had FSD available. Moments like that remind me how completely unacceptable it is that Tesla is still keeping me (and so many others) locked in this ridiculous “jail”/ban. I don’t see any real justification for it beyond frustrating owners. Even worse, it puts us at real risk. FSD is an important extra layer of safety for my family and me especially when I’m tired and driving in the middle of the night. I truly hope the new update finally unlocks the restricted cars. At this point, Tesla risks losing loyal customers over something that should have been fixed long ago….

Disgusting. Polish President Karol Nawrocki has called for a legislative ban on the red-and-black UPA flag in Poland, claiming that these colors embody "the entire ideology of the Ukrainian nationalist." First, Nawrocki is nationalist himself. Second, he looks more like Putin every day. Third, if Poland adopts this so-called legislation, it will be no better than russia.

Tesla FSD in Europe The European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) are trying to stop FSD from getting wide approval in Europe. They have been critical of FSD for some time. ETSC have written to the EU Commission urging it to pause the process while a number of "urgent questions" are answered and the desirability of allowing such systems is discussed publicly. Meanwhile there are several question marks about ETSC and their conflict of interest. ETSC are partly financed by Toyota and Bosch, two companies that competes with Tesla in several ways.
