Plyer is the 5-4 SCOTUS decision from 1982 that says states must provide free education to illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens are overcrowding and bankrupting Texas schools, driving up property taxes and driving down education standards and test scores.
Challenging and overturning Plyer is nonnegotiable.

Miller asked why the House didn't pass it, and Hopper said it didn't even get a hearing in committee. @RepPattersonTX claimed the bill had an "author" problem which led to Miller asking why good bills were getting killed over "author" issues.
