मेरे साथ दो बार ये हो चुका है… पता ही नहीं चलता ट्रेफ़िक में कब पुलिस ने फ़ोटो खीच लिया… जब गाड़ी लिए चार महीने हुए थे तब मुझे PUC का चालान का मेसेज आ गया था… और अभी कुछ दिन पहले सीट बेल्ट का चालान आ गया… जबकि शहर के अंदर मैंने आज तक कभी बिना सीट बेल्ट के गाड़ी नहीं चलायी… Rural एरिया में ज़रूर बिना सीट बेल्ट के चला लेते है अब हर बार कौन कोर्ट जाए… और कौनसा एक बार कोर्ट जाने से ही सब निपट जाएगा… वास्तविक रूप से ये फ़ोन से फ़ोटो लेने वाला सिस्टम ही जनता को प्रताड़ित करने के लिए बना है… आप किसी बड़े शहर में जाकर वापस आओगे तो आपको कम से कम एक चालान का मेसेज तो आएगा ही…!!
