Enough is Enough..!! For years, Gujarat’s educated Gen Z youth have been trapped under the injustice of “Fix Pay” a system that shamelessly exploits hardworking employees while ministers and officers enjoy limitless privileges. Is this the “Vikas” Gujarat was promised? When the cost of living skyrockets every month, when inflation crushes families, how can a government expect its employees especially the young generation to survive on a fixed salary that doesn’t change for years ? We are not slaves. We are not asking for charity. We are demanding justice for our constitutional right to Equal Pay for Equal Work..! Thousands of Gen Z professionals have given the best years of their lives to serve this state teaching in schools, working in hospitals, offices, and government departments yet the BJP government continues to ignore their pain and dedication. If the government can spend crores on self-promotion and grand events, why can’t it ensure fair pay for its own workers ? This is not just a protest this is a Gen Z revolution against exploitation and inequality. A generation that refuses to stay silent, refuses to be used, and refuses to be ignored any longer. મહાનગરપાલિકાના કર્મચારીઓ પોતાના વતનથી દુર અલગ અલગ મહાનગરપાલિકામાં ફરજબજાવી રહ્યા છે. તેઓ ઘણા સમયથી પોતાના વતન જવા બદલીની માગણી કરી રહ્યા છે. પરંતુ પ્રત્યુત્તરમાં એવું કહેવામાં આવે છે કે " આ નીતિ વિષયક બાબત હોય સરકાર તરફથી કોઈ નિણર્ય લેવામાં આવશે તો આગળ નીકાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે1/2
