Noahide Laws will not earn you eternal life. You are a sinner. You need a Savior. Jesus Christ is the only Savior. The law condemns. Jesus saves. Don’t get that confused.

There are two melons still growing wild in Africa today that have never been touched by human breeding or modification. The Egusi in West Africa. The Tsamma deep in the Kalahari Desert. Both of them are entirely white inside. No red. No sweetness. Just the bitter white flesh that the whole world now slices off and discards without a second thought. Those wild melons are what the original watermelon looked like. Before we spent thousands of years selecting for sweetness and removing everything that made it powerful. We wanted it to taste better. So we bred out the bitterness. We shrank the rind. We grew the red part bigger and juicier until the medicine became a thin layer of white that nobody wants. Bushmen in the Kalahari survived for six weeks at a time on nothing but the Tsamma. No other food. No other water. In a desert. On that bitter white melon alone. West African grandmothers built their food and their healing around the Egusi for thousands of years. They did not throw any part of it away. These people were not behind. They were ahead. They were paying attention to something we stopped seeing the moment we decided that bitter meant worthless and sweet meant better. We built the most medicated generation in human history. More hospitals. More prescriptions. More chronic disease than any generation before us. And the whole time every summer we have been throwing the medicine in the bin. The Egusi is still there. The Tsamma is still there. Still wild. Still bitter. Still whole. Still carrying everything we walked away from. That bitter white flesh fights cancer. Destroys kidney stones. Kills chronic inflammation. Protects the heart. Drops blood pressure. Rebuilds the immune system. Clears kidney disease. Flushes urinary infections.🍉🍈🫶🏽

God has a sovereign plan: He is allowing the evil one to rule for a season. Satan is building a one-world religion that draws billions away from faith in Christ. This is the ultimate “let’s see who wins” spiritual battle. God is permitting it to prove that Satan’s ideals, rebellion, and counterfeit kingdom will ultimately fail. After Satan rebelled—seeking to exalt his throne above God’s and be like the Most High—he was cast down. Now he roams free, masquerading as a king, deceiving the world into following him while hiding his true identity as the devil. But in the end, only God will reign supreme. Which side are you on?

In 1986, the American Medical Association published an article titled "The Physical Death of Jesus Christ". It details the entire process of Jesus' trial to His death on the cross. In Luke 22, before Jesus is arrested, it is written that He was in great distress & sweating blood. Although rare, it is recognized as Hematidrosis, a condition caused by high levels of stress. At the time, the crucifixion was considered the worst death for the worst of criminals. But this is not all Jesus faced. He endured whipping so severe that it tore the flesh from His body. He was beaten so horribly that His face was torn & His beard ripped. A crown of thorns, 2-3 inches long cut deeply into His scalp. The leather whip used to flog Him had tiny iron balls & sharp bones. The balls caused internal injuries while the sharp bones ripped open His flesh. His skeletal muscles, veins, & bowels are exposed, causing major blood loss. Most men do not survive this kind of torture. After Jesus was severely flogged, He was forced to carry His cross while people mocked & spat on Him. Crucifixion was a process meant to instill excruciating pain, creating a slow & agonizing death. Nails as long as 8 inches were driven into Jesus' wrists & feet. The Roman soldiers knew the tendons in the wrists would tear & break, forcing Jesus to use His back muscles to support Himself to breathe. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the courage...Jesus endured this reality for 3 hours! The Gospel of John writes that after Jesus' death, a Roman soldier pierced His side with a spear & blood & water came out. Scientists explain that from hypovolemic shock, the rapid heart rate causes fluid to gather in the sack around the lungs & heart. The accumulation of fluid in the membrane around the heart is called a Pericardial effusion & the lungs is called a pleural effusion. To the world, Christianity is as foolish as it can get. They believe it's for the weak. But when you are confronted by the reality of the cross, it's clearly not a pretty sight. It is brutal & horrific. This is the weight Jesus carried. The weight of the sins of the world, all so that we can live. God's wrath is fully satisfied in Jesus. This is what it took. Repent & believe! Jesus is “God among us” in the flesh. Jesus is our Savior. Jesus loves you so much that He went through this spiritual and physical punishment for your sins and mine. Jesus is the LORD, Almighty God, Everlasting Father. Thank You, Jesus.

Know Your Captain: Captain Nasoor Magram Vessel: UA 627Q (Marcopolo G7 X1200) Route: Nairobi-Kampala-Nairobi Magram is not new to old travellers especially on the Nairobi-Mombasa and Mombasa-Up Country routes. Those who remember TSS aka Safety Fast, know Magram so well. He used to be at the helm of TSS' Express Buses Christened Mutawakil and Zein (Both Scania F330s on the Nairobi-Mombasa Route). I also think He had a stint on Sammy and Munawar (both Kisumu-Mombasa vessels). Those who know, know. When TSS went under, Magram joined Mash (though I suspect he also worked for Spanish and one more company before the move). And with that came a driver with experience who had seen it all on the highways. He was deployed to the Mombasa-Kisumu route where he worked until he left after some time. Magram was re-signed by Mash during the January Bus Driver Transfer Window and briefly handled Kisumu-Mombasa before being paired with Celebrated Captain Iddi Mbaha on the Marcopolo G7 X1200. And those who have travelled with these two say they have that excellent working chemistry that when they switch in Busia or Kisumu, it's hard to know who is driving. At BWN we celebrate you El Capitan. Receive your flowers.

Islam dominates the north, Christians are minorities, and attacks continue. Preachers tell you to have faith. But faith doesn’t stop machetes or bullets. So whose God is really in charge?

@Gogettacs @5Solas2 Jesus did not condemn Judas to the fate of being His betrayer, someone else could have done it among the 12 but judas heart was ripe to be used by satan, remember most of the disciples found it difficult to believe in Jesus

@Barondavid189 @5Solas2 It is the only one who betrayed him, Jesus allowed that to happen. He knew Judas would never believe in him but he still chose him to show that if you don’t believe in Jesus you can’t live “Without faith it is impossible to please him”

@5Solas2 Bro never read the Bible “While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.” John 17:12 Jesus literally chose Judas
