It was an honor to be a part of this. It was a GIANT team effort and I'm incredibly proud of this work and everyone involved. A big highlight for me was getting to work with my officemate @photocyte to divine how these GIANT enzymes generate these GIANT molecules.

I'm happy to report my postdoc work in @OConnor_lab on the evolution and diversification of [4+2] cyclases in MIA biosynthesis. This was a challenging but fascinating and rewarding project, and I'm glad it's finally out there for all to see! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
