What keeps me up when thinking about crypto: Where will volume come from?

Today I wondered (somehow) what happened to Ben from Bitboy Crypto. It's both amusing (because of the fact that he's a massive shiller and scammer) and kinda sad.

@HYPERMYSTx Im a social player, but also a solo player. For ranked this is a major improvement and I think people will soon realise that quality of the matches will be MUCh better.

If you are builder, there are always haters or someone that won’t understand - that’s okay. @THORChain will live on.

@paperX_Art But if there comes a time where THORSwap needs "retail expertise" or someone who's an excellent teacher, you could always propose to open a small funding, I doubt anons ask for a CEO salary 😆

@BarryCrypto6 THORSwap distributed $11.12M in real yield to $THOR stakers over the years, plus numerous campaigns + helped fund TC education initiatives and was the first to launch a TC referral programme that passed on-going fees and discounts back. Open to more ideas beyond infofi.

How do people promote THORChain front-ends without being affiliated or getting paid? It's getting increasingly harder for me to do so without seeing any personal benefit.

@paperX_Art THORSwap is maybe one of the very few exceptions that truly stood the test of time. It doesn't really need promotion from anons such as myself, it's already a working project, with juicy APY and an undervalued token $THOR

People that buy houses, rent them out for insane prices, buy more houses, and do the same thing, are the biggest leeches in western/developed society and this needs to be exterminated asap.

@moroccothinker can't regulate a fully decentralised protocol that doesnt have many ties/liquidity in CeFi anymore.

I'm thinking people highly underestimate the effect that privacy integration will have on THORChain, $RUNE and $XMR. It might be the biggest catalyst to the $RUNE price appreciation right now, and still has a lot of room to go. It does put TC on the radar for regulations sadly

@EricOnchain I agree with your statements, you have to be different and bring more to the table than swapping. It's gotta be an experience. Simply utilizing THORChain isn't going to cut it. I saw a lot of people promoting certain front-ends, but they never stayed loyal (me included).

I think that frontends should bring volume to Thorchain, and users should promote the frontend that aligns with them Somehow we went full force to users promoting Thorchain and the frontends simply got sidelined It used to be a great synergy case back in the day but nowadays it simply isn’t at all That being said, I think that “swap frontends” have their days counted since you gotta be able to bring more value to the user other than just “swap”, or at least that’s the thesis we are operating Moca from
