Use your Monad and buy some memes. Do a little research and pick some winners.

Move with purpose, not validation.”
Or a little more your style:
“The sooner we stop chasing validation, the faster life starts opening up.
Do what you do, stay solid, and let the results speak for themselves

I think the biggest factor is picking the right motivated team from the start. IRL can absolutely strengthen relationships and culture, but remote teams can be incredibly effective when everyone is aligned on vision, communication, and accountability. Strong cadence, trust, and having people that genuinely care about the mission matters more than simply sharing the same office. The best teams usually build systems and culture intentionally regardless of the model.
English

So I have mixed feelings on this topic. Nothing beats irl. But there are ways to build a strong team. Strong culture. Set efficient cadence. And be operationally excellent. Both models (actually three - irl, remote, hybrid) require a specific approach AND of course getting the right culture fit for that model and your team. We had as many as 22 people across the world working together in my last gig and we were a tighter bunch and more effective than my last IRL role. But it is a choice. And a commitment. Trade offs as always.
