Switching between pump fun An Nad Fun An noticing that I really love how simple nad fun is to use. It’s streamlined for the traders. I Can see it really evolving with time to be everything plus more than anyone could ever want. We’re so fkn early rn and there are lottery tickets that live on nad.fun Use your Monad and buy some memes. Do a little research and pick some winners. Then explore the ecosystem An use some protocols, find your identity with one of the numerous NFTs and find a home among the die hard communities that have been reppin this chain since the start 🫡 nad fun an Monad On Top @monad @naddotfun @KuruExchange @perpltrade @AtlantisDEX_xyz @EmonadCoin

There’s a button. Every time you push it, you get $1 million. But you lose 1 year off your life too. How many times are you pushing it?

@japarjam The sooner we get to this point in life, the better life gets. Move with purpose, not validation.” Or a little more your style: “The sooner we stop chasing validation, the faster life starts opening up. Do what you do, stay solid, and let the results speak for themselves

If they didn’t notice you when you were there, they won’t miss ya when you’re gone. Neither should matter to you. Do you. Enjoy the process. Read the room. Do what ya gotta do.

I think the biggest factor is picking the right motivated team from the start. IRL can absolutely strengthen relationships and culture, but remote teams can be incredibly effective when everyone is aligned on vision, communication, and accountability. Strong cadence, trust, and having people that genuinely care about the mission matters more than simply sharing the same office. The best teams usually build systems and culture intentionally regardless of the model.

So I have mixed feelings on this topic. Nothing beats irl. But there are ways to build a strong team. Strong culture. Set efficient cadence. And be operationally excellent. Both models (actually three - irl, remote, hybrid) require a specific approach AND of course getting the right culture fit for that model and your team. We had as many as 22 people across the world working together in my last gig and we were a tighter bunch and more effective than my last IRL role. But it is a choice. And a commitment. Trade offs as always.
