@RMCunliffe @AllanDLWilliams I recntly visited from Luxembourg, I had to quarantine (despite previous day negative test) Lux has higher cases/1000, that's because we're mass testing and contact tracing. Look at the UK Covid case mortality rate (almost 15%) and Lux (1.7%). The UK is missing 8x cases

The point of lockdown was meant to be giving the government time to build up NHS and testing capacity to handle the inevitable outbreaks as people return to work and school. The public, for the most part, upheld their side of the bargain. It appears the government did not.

Rather odd entering UK at at Dover, maskless border force standing at car window (1m at best, 2 wks ago) Are border force staff bred to be immune to Covid-19 @ukhomeoffice ? Nobody told them about masks or 2m? Maybe they are the risk necessitating visitor quarantine!

@gentfede @CityLuxembourg Standard for Luxemburg. When my daughter was 2 wks old, driver closed door behind me (wife outside) and drove off. I was left with a hungry baby, no food, no change bag. Shouting at driver didn’t work, he just looked and pretended not to hear me (I have a loud voice). Disgusting.
