@ring_uk, I’m experiencing daily doorbell drop outs. This isn’t affecting my internet or router performance and there’s no drop in speed on that side. So why are these drops happening on your device? They occur at various times throughout the day, including 3am.

Is anyone else having issues with @ring_uk doorbells keep going offline during the last few days?
There is no issue with my WiFi? Signal strength is showing as “great”. Factory reset or reconnecting the device only works temporarily. Appear to be an issue with Ring 🤷🏼♀️

@ring_uk That you for replying. Can I set a schedule to turn on the “Hi…….” Audible warning when I forget to put it back on - ie on @ 11pm.

Evening @ring_uk can you please make this a feature. I remove motion detection during the day as ‘hello you are currently being recorded’ annoys the neighbours but I forget to put it back on after a few sherbets and the reason for all the ring stuff everywhere is we were robbed!

@ring_uk Good Morning, I bought a Ring Chime in September 2022 and it has worked as expected until a few days ago. It now seems completely lifeless with no amount of resetting having any effect. No light on at all. Can you let me know if there’s anything else I can do.

@ring_uk Thank you I have a problem with an order I placed that appears to be still unprocessed. Order no 005-1707376 was placed on 15/03/26 and £659.98 paid on my credit card via Shop Pay on your website. It still shows as received with an expected delivery date of Fri 20th March 2026!
