@ring_uk what an absolute Crap company - please ~ DO NOT BUY! Promising to replace for 6 weeks to no avail / can’t understand operators & they can’t understand you - all they want to do is get you off the phone (luckily recorded) Now complaining to consumer rights & ombudsman!!!

@ring_uk I’m writing about the plug that just sits in it’s socket. For a while now, the blue light on the front of the plug has stopped working. Sometimes it intermittently flashes but that’s it, it doesn’t work. The doorbell itself works but not the plug. Does it need replacing plug, can it be replaced and if so, how much is it? Thank you.

@ring_uk I bought this generation 2 battery ring doorbell and as you can see it doesn’t do well against the outside elements. It’s outside of 12 month warranty. Surely this is a manufacturing fault.
