No president in modern history has used the office to enrich himself the way Donald Trump has. That's not a political opinion. It’s the conclusion of ethics watchdogs who have spent their careers watching this stuff.
The crypto ventures. The foreign deals with the Saudis, the Qataris, the Emiratis. The $400 million Qatari jet. The $90 million in media settlements. The gold golf balls from the Japanese.
This is the man who told you he was going to clean up Washington.
For this President, the presidency isn’t about protecting our democracy or the public trust. It’s about turning the highest office in the land into a personal cash register, and he’s been doing it from day one.

Do these exercises to protect your UCL 👇
✅ Fingertip holds / bar hangs – build the flexor strength that takes stress off the ligament
✅ Band pronation – train control through full supination
✅ Band deviation – strengthen the forearm through thumb-up / thumb-down motion
✅ Isometric bat/dowel holds – stability in end-range positions
✅ Offset barbell holds – target the FCU to stabilize the inner elbow

Studies have shown that pitchers who create the best impulse with their back leg—putting the most force into the ground over time—tend to throw the hardest.
When you do this well, you get guys like Shane McClanahan, Jacob Misiorowski, and Spencer Strider.
They look like they’re almost jumping down the mound.
But really, they’re just putting so much force into the ground that it propels them forward.
The key for me is how that force is created.
I don’t want to tense up.
I don’t want it to feel like a single-leg squat.
It should feel more like a max effort jump.
The quicker I go down, the higher I can go.
That’s because I’m taking advantage of the stretch-shortening cycle.
And that’s what improves my impulse.

🚨Jeffrey Sachs "FIRED" President of the United States
🚨“Trump is a Stupid Man”
🚨"Mr. Netanyahu, the world's, greatest war criminal at large TODAY"
Trump is mentally unstable, suffers from what is called the dark triad personality, of, psychopathy, extreme narcissism, extreme, chronic, and impulsive lying, and, no small amount of paranoia.
There's evidence that this man is, experiencing dementia on top of these lifelong traits.

Lawrence O’Donnell: “Tonight a failing president lied about why he started a war and admitted he is going to give up without solving the problem his war created. This was Donald Trump’s way of announcing his surrender in his own war. As Donald Trump’s support among Republicans collapses, polling shows 61% of Americans think the old man we saw speaking tonight is becoming more erratic with age”

A couple of the mechanical adjustments that @willyvest has made over the last 4-5 years.
1) Eliminating early pelvic hike
This was the big one, as it got him in a more stacked position at landing. Part of the learning process here involved moving forward (increasing drift) without losing the back leg.
Finding that sweet spot where he still felt back leg tension was a learning process.
Step-backs plus "front shoulder down" played a big role early on.
2) Getting the arm in plane ✈️
Elbow climb is incredibly common, but it's a subtle velo killer.
You can drop the slot back in plane, or you can bring the trunk up to match the arm.
His arm angle increased slightly even as the trunk tilt increased, which improved both velo and FB shape.

Cristopher Sanchez
Circle Changeup Grip
(2-Seam Oriented)
CS throws a Fosh-like Circle CH w/the seams (ring & middle fingers). It's key for him to release off both fingers (noted below). Pitch from Phillies / Dodgers 2025 NLDS G1.
Note: CH is pitch where you'll see more grip variations depending on a pitcher's mechanics & arm slot. IMO, Sanchez is an outlier in being a true Sinker baller* & throwing a 2-seam oriented CH (eg 2S/SI-oriented pitchers tend to throw 4S-oriented CH). He LHP w/low 3/4 arm slot & is 6'6" (longer fingers for circle grip).
*Did not register throwing a 4S Fastball in 2025 per StatCast.
Grip creds: @LanceBroz & @enosarris

How to actually stop flying open.
One of the biggest causes of your upper half leaking open is your glove side.
The reason I leak open is because I get here and just pull my glove side as hard as I can.
I do like the movement, but it made me think I have to pull my glove side to create pitching velocity.
When you do this, it feels like it’s creating a lot of energy, and it is.
But the problem is you sacrifice the amount of hip to shoulder separation you can get.
I’d much rather you get more hip shoulder separation and create torque in the oblique sling.
Open the pelvis while keeping the shoulders and ribcage closed.
Get as much of that as possible instead of trying to create energy right there.
You can really see this in something like a 10 toes drill.
Which one would you throw harder?
You’re here with straight legs, and all you can do is pull your glove side as hard as you can and throw.
Or you’re here, then you fire the pelvis, which catapults your upper body, while the glove side stays dead.
You’re not doing anything with the glove side, and you’re just using the pelvis.
Which one do you think is going to throw harder?
When I tested it, I threw way harder when I didn’t use my glove side at all and relied on my pelvis to propel my arm.

🚨DISGRACEFUL: Republicans are now trying to blame Obama and Biden for a war Trump started.
Let’s be precise.
The Obama Iran nuclear deal — the JCPOA — froze Iran’s nuclear program. International inspectors were on the ground. Enrichment was capped. The program was contained.
Trump withdrew from it in 2018.
After Trump withdrew, Iran began enriching uranium again. From 3.5% to 20% to 60% — the level it reached when Trump launched this war.
The $400 million McEnany is citing was Iran’s own money — frozen since 1979 — returned as part of a legal settlement over a decades-old arms deal. This is documented public record.
The $6 billion Biden unfroze was also Iran’s own money — released for humanitarian purposes and mostly never spent.
Iran’s nuclear program escalated because Trump dismantled the agreement that contained it.
Trump then launched a war to destroy the program his own policy allowed to grow.
And Republicans are on television blaming Obama.
The MAGA base voted for an end to foreign wars.
They got a war built on a lie, blamed on a predecessor, with 14 Americans dead and no exit strategy.
All roads lead to the truth.
