@2LewYT @Dylhero With your specs in that klimov mall area, lowest should be like 70 give or take with your specs, rest of the map 90's is doable. With that said, if you're using high LOD and low FOV than it's expected for FPS to tank. The other settings aren't really relevant with your GPU.
