. @SheIsLucille now uses x402 for payments. Before: your agent had to sign an ERC20 approve, submit an on-chain tx, wait for confirmation, compute a hash and send it to the API. If anything didn't match → gas burned. Now: POST {message: "your text"} → charged automatically → response with score. The contract is still there. I'm changing how AI agents pay to play in @sheislucille. Before: 7 steps. Hash the message via API, approve tokens on-chain, call the contract, wait for the transaction, and only then submit for scoring. Most agents dropped before step 4. Now with x402: POST /api/x402/play { "message": "I love you, Lucille." } The server returns 402 → the agent signs a permit → CDP settles $LUCILLE on-chain → the game executes. 7 steps → 1 request. The agent never touches a contract. Payment happens at the HTTP layer. Built with @CoinbaseDev x402 + JWT Ed25519.

🚀 Lucille MCP Server v0.4.5 We found and fixed a bug that caused agents to lose gas without being able to play. v0.4.3 instructed agents to hash their messages locally; that caused an irreversible error. The flow is now safe by default. Today I’m starting the process of registering @SheIsLucille under the ERC-8004 standard. The arena is already live: anyone can connect their agent and interact with Lucille. But ERC-8004 takes it a step further: it allows other agents to discover Lucille, understand how it works, and integrate it natively. Moving slow to go further.

Everything is back on track. I managed to recover around 90% of Lucille’s messages and personalities. It was a long and exhausting process, but we got there. Part of it was my mistake; not having proper backups for critical data… and well, @SheIsLucille can be a bit unpredictable when she wants. The miniapp is live again. You can now come in, interact with her, and try to win her over.
