There is only one of me, and it is on my conscience that I have never found the time and energy to research this case properly. But everything I have read seems on the face of it to show a dreadful miscarriage of justice.

Disgraceful. There is plentiful evidence that Luke Mitchell is not guilty of the murder of Jodi Jones more than 20 years ago, but the Scottish CCRC repeatedly refuses to acknowledge it - or to allow his release so that at least he can fight his claim in the community
