@GregoryStrongCP The time of year does not effect the butts in the seats, Canada could put on a tournament mid summer and fill the stands. Having events in the U.S with terrible tournament structure will cause what you are explaining. Who wants to play 13 games in a stadium infront of no fans?

The curling season should end once the Olympics are complete. Fans/athletes are gassed after a compact, busy season. A climax at the Games and then start fresh in the fall. No juice left in April of an OLY season. It looks like 'Dress Like a Red Seat Night' at worlds in Ogden.

To keep a competitive edge, the Brantford Bulldogs will not be releasing player injury updates publicly until the lineup is released prior to their next game. Expect an update on Luca Testa when the lineup is released on Tuesday, which is usually 1-2 hours before puck drop.
