How hard is that? If you were serious about not letting those things escape you'd have safeguards set up in preproduction.

Creators can easily avoid this by not using AI at all and instead using images of Shrek as placeholders. That way you can better see which assets still need to be finished, and if you don’t, nobody will notice.
Though if you work any studio where they permit the use of AI, I advocate quitting at once because they don’t respect you.

@TweetingGaruga Have to wait and see unfortunately. Gen AI assets are simply the easiest thing to catch and luckily Capcom hasn't been caught yet. So we can only continue to hope they don't go that route. And if they do, backlash loudly enough to scare the investors.

I'm not sure how to feel about this. On one hand they say they "won't use AI generated materials" but where exactly is the line drawn with that?
Not to mention how poorly corporate statements about "we won't do this" tend to age. It better be the good kind of AI utilization

As a side note, if you're gonna gen AI stuff "to be removed later". You should probably give your dev team a design document that states. "All temp files are to be named asset_tempai." So they can easily be searched, removed and replaced. Or, just don't fucking do it.

Steam denied the Crimson Desert refund, and they finally addressed the AI stuff. Once it's patched out I intend to play it on stream again.
This week I'm going to finish Stories 3 and make sure I have Wilds 100%ed. AT Ark Challenge, etc.

@drexdqueen We have a few ways to inflict frenzy on ourselves. I don't recall Wyverians mentioning being susceptible to it either. Probably 4U villager dialogue if at all.
As long as the monster parts are treated with heat and we prevent monsters from scavenging a recently dead infected.

I’m almost hundred percent sure they never really talked about it, but I wonder if in the monster Hunter universe handling a dead body infected with frenzy requires special handling and training. Considering it’s vectors I mean you’d have to write like it would need PPE

A few people now have commented on Making Monster Hunter with some variation of "see, this is when the series was still good, unlike the stuff they make now" and I want to say I do not endorse that.
I love every Monster Hunter game like a son, even your least favorite entry.

A Redditor has discovered an AI generated artwork in Crimson Desert. There are other posts that also claim to have found AI generated images throughout the game. It’s not even a “good” image. Pure slop, just look at the horses legs LMAO. Really disappointing.

@kelskiYT It's both. "no time to explain" in 4k on the narrative side. With a convoluted control scheme for a game that has steam give you a pop up 'you should connect a controller.'
That has a massive world with an insane amount of interactions and combat that is fun, even at basics.
