@Beachivers29 @Discoplomacy @mariboustate Because I have managed to get in, add tickets to basket, witness a website crash, and then managed to get in again only to see no more tickets available.

Finally get through to the website after 17 minutes of refreshing @mariboustate, and it won't let any of us put in our codes to access tickets. Super frustrating.

A train is currently at a stand in the West Monkseaton area, this is due to an on-going incident in this area. There are now gaps in service between St James and West Monkseaton and West Monkseaton to South Shields on the yellow line. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@nrb336 @My_Metro Thank you - I had to try 2 stagecoach buses before they let me on Been ran back and forth between bus stop and metro because stage coach are NOT accepting to Sunderland to Pelaw / Newcastle. Only Sunderland to South Hylton What a joke !!!

We have a service suspension between Pelaw and South Hylton. We have ticket acceptance on stagecoach buses between Sunderland and South Hylton. Due to the Go North East bus strikes, customers between Pelaw and Sunderland are advised to make alternative arrangements.
