People with #MND deserve dignity, safety, and fast support with an accessible home essential to maintaining good health and wellbeing. It is vitally important that people living with MND receive help when adapting their homes as their disease progresses. However, far too many people face excessive waits to access a DFG, leaving people trapped in inaccessible and unsuitable homes. We're calling for everyone living with a progressive and terminal condition, such as MND, to be fast-tracked through the DFG process.
