it was my birthday today (technically yesterday it's 1am now), i wasted the whole day making a mod for a game i don't like and don't play

@mrpyo1 cutting out the middleman doesn’t make sense. a long aisle of playstation games in the store puts the spotlight on the consoles. without the games lined up, playstations would just be some random product in the store.

More reports why Sony is trying to end physical discs: - They want to cut out the middle man, to make more profit per sale (like remove walmart cuts etc) - Sony thinks the fanbase will not switch platforms, they can do what they please without losing fans - They are convinced by ignoring this issue, they fans will just accept the changes and convert to 100% digital with time. - Sony thinks they are "too big to have commination with fans". Talking to fans has no margin benefit, so they refuse to address fans and will keep doing so I have lost all trust and goodwill with PlayStation, no words what is happening right now. Horrible company

My Personal prediction for rest of June -June 23/24: Rockstar reveals the pre-order editions and prices -June 25: Pre-orders begin (duh) -June 30th: Rockstar releases Trailer 3 of GTA 6 -Physical advertising will begin in locations like NYC, Miami and London.

@BeatGTO @carygolomb Well, its like $700 worth of tech. So pricing it at $500 would be hyper competitive. Pricing it at $1000 feels like a joke.

I am genuinely conflicted with buying the Steam Machine. At $1050, it's quite literally a giant waste of money. I have better PCs laying around my house. I'm only getting it to review it and the only thing that will accomplish is just re-iterating that it's not worth it all.

The new 'Jason and Lucia 03' artwork is a strong sign that Trailer 3 is coming soon. Trailer 1 used 01 and Trailer 2 used 02, so this is very likely the thumbnail for Trailer 3. I expect it to drop on June 25 (Pre-Order Day).
