@jakking49 @sillywalker1313 After 11 years #PWD Rent portion frozen at $375/mo, the rates should have increased to what the going price is for #affordablehousing. some #disabled that are #homeless sleeping at bus shelters, & using the mall as a shelter is not right. @dmgillis @mssinenomine @bc_disability

In late 1970s a 2 bdrm house rented for $400/mo. In 1992 BC #PWD recieved $325. In 2007 it increased to $375 & remained at that amount, meanwhile rents soar high pushing people out of their homes. #PWD ask when will shelter portion be increased to $1000?#bcpoli @sillywalker1313
