I've seen people say "Hendrix was better", but I listened to the Hendix ones and Eruption is more impressive.

@TheJoeySwoll @micheal_ws18 Great tip about driving with the elbows and not the biceps. I've been really concentrating on this and getting good results. Really helps me when I drop down the shoulder and lock-in before the lift and keeping this posture throughout the set.

Pick one of the first two, pick one of the second two, add in some type of supinated (underhand grip) row or pulldown, add in pullovers or a variation of pullovers, and if you want, deadlifts, unless you do them on a separate day. Also, very important! when doing any pull exercise, remember your hands are just hooks. They don't lift the weight, just hold it. Let the elbows driving back or driving down AND the lats do all the lifting, NOT the hands.

The only back exercises you need are. → Pull-ups → Wide-grip lat pulldown → Barbell row → Seated cable row What else should we add to the list?

I'm sad about what's happening to my country (and every white country) but I'm even more sad at how many of us deserve it. America is a land of sin, and every day I see people not understanding what they bring on themselves. Jordan Peterson once said something... I can't remember it word for word but I'll paraphrase: "you can't break the truth. You can bend it, but the harder you bend it, the harder it snaps back at you." Think about how far we have bent the truth about race, sex, economics, morals. Even new houses are not built to last, but they cost as much as the ones that were. That kind of dishonesty adds up over time, and it bunches together like water in the sky becomes a cloud, and it gets so big that the storm eventually ruins you and everyone you depend on.
