@HalifaxBank I've been calling your mortgage team for 3 days to discuss taking a payment holiday due to COVID19. I have been placed on hold for HOURS, only to be cut off inexplicably. This morning I started calling at 8am and was cut off after 5 minutes. WHAT IS GOING ON?!😡

@HalifaxBank @SumonZAhmed This has been happening to me too, for 3 days! I do understand that these are difficult times, but I'm sure you can understand how this would only add to your customers considerable stress and anxiety, so could you at least let us know why we keep getting cut off?
