@160Farms Not only classroom time but instructional leadership experience as an instructional coach is such as an asset to have as an administrator. The shift from pedagogy to andragogy is significant.

I believe that you should become a seasoned teacher in order to be considered for an administrative role. In most districts it only takes a minimum of 3 years in the classroom to be deemed “experienced” enough to be an administrator. That’s a huge red flag. Thoughts?
