Great seeing our eposter at @UKStrokeForum showing the impact of our new Stroke Specific Inpatient Rehab in Central North Wales @BetsiCadwaladr. Findings include improved cognitve & mobiltiy scores on D/C outcome measures and great stroke survivor, family and staff satisfaction.

Our pilot for carer stroke education has finished! 6wks of excellent talks and information from the MDT, Stroke Prevention & Stroke Association. Carer:`I can't imagine not having it, it has been so useful'. Next step is reviewing and adapting. @StrokeWales @BetsiCadwaladr

Our MDT is hiking up a mountain for sunrise to raise money for our stroke service. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will help us storm up the mountain at night! @RCSLT @StrokeAssocNews #StrokeAwarenessMonth
