Remember this every day the focus on stopping people falling at the expense of mobilising and having some freedom is a dangerous road to go down. In hospitals and care homes. The focus on counting falls is misplaced.

I spent all day in paeds ED dressed like this. Am I happy I felt cool all day? Yes. Am I slightly annoyed nobody confronted me to say it's not in the dress code so I could smugly ask them to show me that part of the dress code and be right? Also yes.

In my 4 1/2 years @HarrogateNHSFT I’ve worked in @HdftService @HDFTcomplexreh1 @FrailtyHdft, in the newly formed ARCHs service snd at the lovely Ripon Hospital, they have helped shape me as an OT, the therapy teams are an asset to the hospital and I will miss it greatly 💚💙💚💙
