Yesterday was a busy day, starting the day with walking this dude in torrential rain but hey, we got our steps in! #AHPsActive @YS_AHPs

Well I only set out to do a 3k but look at me blowing my own trumpet and whacking out a 5k! And all whilst I’m rehabbing my ACL post surgery. What a start to #AHPsActive @YS_AHPs

3 months post surgery and I’m back at it! Being off work, the gym and general life for 10 weeks definitely had me feeling occupational deprivation that’s for sure 😂 Not taking any of this for granted!

Completing an ACE3 with a patient today and they wrote "I have two labradors" as their sentence. As a Labrador lover, it took all my willpower to actually complete the screening before I asked them all about their dogs. 🤣
