4/4 - @SkyHelpTeam I’ll go elsewhere he said I’ll put you through to our cancellations team which I thought was outrageous. No customer service what so ever and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. My whole family have sky and I’ll be telling them to go elsewhere

3/4 - @SkyHelpTeam who I was put through to who actually was the first person to say sorry and I said I pay £80 a month and this is the service I get he said because I’d had so much trouble he could give me £10 off I said that’s not good enough I’ll go elsewhere

2/4 - @SkyHelpTeam none of them could help me if anything they made things worse such as disconnecting my tv, somehow blocking my Sky email account, disconnecting my remote and they still didn’t solve the issue I said that I wanted to speak with a manager

1/4 @SkyHelpTeam Spoke with Sky for an hour and a half today regarding an app I had to subscribe to through Sky they were quick enough to take my direct debit details but I can’t even watch it, tried to get help and was put through to 10 different people (not exaggerating)

@DisneyAndMyDog @Tesco We had the same problem spent over an hour doing my shop for it to not save and the same as you mostly baby products that I need, now going to have to go to Tesco on a Saturday with a baby. @Tesco need to compensate people.
