A brief story: My great grandfather was named Ebenezer. When the Federal Government came in and separated all of the marriages from plural households in the state of Utah, and forbade men from speaking to their wives and children, under imprisonment and destruction, My great grandfather, lost his dad. One day he was walking through Temple Square when he was 13 years old. He looked up and saw his father. His dad paused and looked down on his son, patted his head, ran his hands through his hair, began to weep, and said quietly, “Is this my little Ebeneezer?” This is one of the reasons I have such contempt for the Federal Government, and the especially old Utah flag, which is just pure worship of it.
