NEW: Car slams into a brick wall following a failed grappler attempt in Riverside County, California.
Deputies were seen trying to use their new grappler system just moments before the car slammed into a wall.
A man in his backyard was seen running just as the car made contact with the wall.

I actually spoke with a dev at HCS about this exact thing and their reasoning was that they wanted to keep the art style consistent moving forward from Halo Infinite. No more jarring switches like from 3 to 4
However that makes sense for SEQUELS to Infinite Not a remake of a beloved classic. It should look like CE man
