@BehrPaint I bought your ceiling paint because it stated on the can that it was guaranteed to cover in one coat. These pictures tell the story. Please advise.

@BehrPaint we’ve emailed you about a bad experience with your deck stain after perfectly pre-treating it as per your instructions and no response after months. Is this truly your customer service? Feeling super disappointed in South West Ontario.

@BehrPaint this is the worst spray I have ever used. Hammered white at $10 a can. 3 light coats after sanding and cleaning with denatured alcohol. It went on almost as clear as water. Nozzle repeatedly clogged, and it fogged horribly. I am all about prep work and proper conditions. No wind, 67 degrees and sunny out. (applied in the shade) A simple headboard made from cold roll mild steel. A light dusting of rustoleum metal primer 2 days ago to prep before finish. This spray went on almost clear like a watered down milk. Ran almost immediately. Backed off, dusted lightly 3 times over an hour. Now I have to let it dry, re-sand the entire thing and start over. I used to use Hammerite and it was fantastic. 2 coats maximum. Home Depot stopped carrying it and features your brand. Lesson learned. It was the farthest thing from a "hammered" finish, It was more akin to "pitted" and looks absolutely terrible. Remove it from your product line or at least the name "hammered."

@SomervilleSnow Good question! The temperature range is during the application of the paint. However, longer dry times will be required in cooler temperatures and higher humidity. Good luck with your project!

@HomeDepot How does your Behr Marquee one coat guarantee work? I’m using “premium” rollers. Rolling slowly in a “V” and “W” motion in small sections and you can clearly still see the old color. I’m painting over a light brown that was a flat paint.

@BehrPaint @HomeDepot Super disappointed. Bought your 'one coat only' exterior paint, but it's taking 2 coats to cover so far! The top is 2 coats vs our original swatch. Expensive and non-refundable 😭

Also Do not believe @BehrPaint when they say “one coat” Mind you there are two coats of your a pure white paint and primer under this.

8 months and our entire house is repainted. Goodbye 90s cream and smoke.

@TP7187 Hi @TP7187 thanks for reaching out. The texture may be because there was too mush pressure applied to the pad. We'd suggest lightly sanding the streaks to smooth them out and reapply with the edge tool with less pressure. You can also roll the paint on as well. Have a great day!

@BehrPaint Used one of your edge tools around a door frame. Worked well but it left obvious streaks. Any suggestions other than re-rolling over the steaks?

Ugh getting frustrated.. we have tried varnished ivory, Swiss coffee, old map, white mocha, campfire ash, even better beige and sculptor clay.. either too dark, too light or too yellow 🤦🏼‍♀️ we could have bought a gallon of @BehrPaint by now
