@Bell_MTSHelps Bell MTS are finally there to look at problem. Looks like hydro cut a fiber optic line on Friday and no one from Bell MTS came to look at it until today. Not one person from Bell MTS told me what happened. I found out by talking to hydro. I now see why you have bad reviews

@JayCassPey And outages can sometimes take days to resolve depending on the issue. All I can see is that the area issue is active, so work is still being completed.

@Bell_MTSHelps That’s not very reassuring. Like I said I regret switching from @Rogers to Bell MTS. Any time we had an issue with them it was fixed quickly. It’s been 48 hours and still not update. This is ridiculous
