• Australia – Anthony Albanese (PM): AUD $622,050 (~US$400,000–410,000 equivalent at recent rates). Highest-paid Australian PM in nominal terms historically.
• United States – Donald Trump (President): US$400,000 (fixed since 2001; ~AUD $610,000–620,000).
Albanese’s salary now exceeds this in AUD terms post-2025 adjustment.
