Over the past few days, there has been a wave of discussion and some FUD around Health AI and how value should be created The reality is simple: sustainable ecosystems require real work, real infrastructure, and real resources. Over the past several months, the Health AI team has been building continuously funding development, maintaining servers, securing infrastructure, and improving the platform. These costs are not theoretical. They are real operational expenses that we have been covering ourselves without asking the community for funding. At the same time, the broader crypto space has experienced many large-scale airdrop campaigns that onboard millions of users with promises of significant rewards. Unfortunately, we have also seen how difficult it is to fulfill those promises at scale. When millions of wallets are involved, the economics become extremely complex. Without proper design and safeguards, rewards get diluted, bots dominate participation, and genuine users often receive very little value in the end. This has understandably created frustration across the industry, and we understand why many users approach new projects with skepticism. However, there is an important difference between demanding value and actually creating it. Building real systems requires infrastructure, development, security, maintenance, and long-term commitment.
